Golf is not like the other ball games. It doesn't have the same playing surface. It is challenging for players to adjust to the varied types of terrains that are found on every course. A course usually has 18 to nine holes. These are the areas of the terrain that are filled with cups, which indicate the spot where the ball is received. Teeing areas are used to start a hole while a cup holds the cup. There are many standard forms of terrain between the tee area and the green, like the fairway, rough (tall grass), and various hazards, including water, rocks, or bunkers that are filled with sand. Every hole on a course is unique with the particular layout.Golf is played with the smallest number of strokes a player can make which is known as stroke play or the score that is the lowest on the most individual holes in a complete round for an individual or team, also known as match play. Stroke play is the most popular format, especially at elite levels.
