Jana Kramer became famous on the television show, playing Alex in One Tree Hill's last three seasons. In the series' episodes the singer-songwriter was seen performing her first country album. Her album of the same title was featured within the top 20. Thirty One (2015), the album which followed in 2015, was also among into the Top Ten. As she ended the decade with a performance on Dancing with the Stars. The self-doubting Voices saw release in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native who was raised on country music. Though she had a recording and acting career however, her screen debut took place in the independent horror movie Dead/Undead (2002) when she was still in high school. Kramer was a guest on episodes for All My Children, CSI: NY and Friday Night Lights during the 2nd season of the show 2007-2008. Kramer was on 90210 in 2008-2009 as Portia and Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009. There, she played Alex Dupre. She remained on the show until the end of 2012 when the series was cancelled. Jana Kramer Kramer was a star of One Tree Hill from 2009 through the year 2012. Kramer was a signer of an agreement in 2009 with Elektra Records, and she introduced her new contemporary country song I Won't Give up during the One Tree Hill 2011 episode. It was featured later on the debut full-length album of Jana Kramer in the middle of 2012. It reached in the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. She continued acting in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would attract her followers. The second album of Kramer's Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th, 2015. Alongside the Top Five country hit I Got the Boy as well as the duet she did together with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it did even better, reaching the top spot of 3 on the national albums chart as well as number ten in the Billboard 200. In September of 2016, her appearance in the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months and ended with a 4th place finish. It was also the year when she scored a contemporary-adult success with her song Feels like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
